Jennifer Ross is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Swoon, a zero-sugar beverage company reinventing classic drinks, and an entrepreneur focused on consumer brand innovation. Prior to founding Swoon, she worked in marketing and operations at Fanvision and began her career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs. She has been a longtime advocate for type 1 diabetes research, previously founding Rock the Cure, a fundraiser benefiting Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF). Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age six, her leadership and advocacy are deeply informed by personal experience. She holds a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She serves as a member of the T1D Fund’s Board of Directors.
